Our Lash Policy

Please be advised that all policies have been put into place to ensure each of our clients have the best possible experience, to meet your expectations and achieve the required result you have been searching for. Please do not hesitate to make contact should you require additional assistance and/or information.

Booking Policy
All bookings require a 50% deposit payment in order to secure your booking. All deposits are non-refundable as the slot will no longer be available to another individual once booked, unless stated otherwise. This will either result in the total loss of your deposit and/or you will be required to pay the stipulated cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your booking / appointment and require to either cancel or reschedule the booking, 24 hours notice period is required or you will be liable for 50% cost of the booking.
Please make contact telephonically, via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours should you require any additional information and/or require to reschedule or process the cancellation of your booking.
Should we not be notified within the stipulated notice period, you will be liable for the total cost of the booking, unless otherwise stated, ie; cancellation fee.

Payment Policy
Please be advised that we accept immediate EFT payments as well as card facilities – you will be notified thereof upon securing your booking.

Punctuality & No-Show Policy
Please ensure that you are punctual to ensure a full service for the total period quoted. If not, this will result in a shorter treatment time to avoid running into the next clients’ booking slot. You will be liable for the total cost of the booking. Alternatively, we always try our utmost to administer the service in the provided time should time allow.
Regarding “no-shows”, we are quite strict as we find this quite disrespectful without notice, but respect the fact that certain things are often out of our control. This will therefore result in you being liable for the total cost of the booking.

Refund Policy
Kindly be advised that we do not provide refunds for any service, under no circumstance. Should you have any concerns/issues and require our expertise after the service, please notify us within 24-48 hours in order for us to attend to your query at no cost. We will then arrange a slot based on our availability to resolve any concerns and/or issues you may have.

Lash Rule Policy
Whether this is your first set of lash extensions or whether you’re a regular, please ensure that you arrive with clean lashes. Our lash extensions and adhesive will not adhere to dirty lashes which will result in the extensions either falling out immediately or within a day or two, if applied. 
Should you arrive with dirty lashes, it will require to be cleaned which will result in a longer session and/or which may shorten your actual booked session however, you will be charged accordingly based on the complete service provided.
